We are carrying out planned maintenance on Monday 31 August 2026 between 05:00 and 11:00 UK time. We have chosen the early hours of the UK bank holiday to keep disruption to a minimum.
The Customer Portal and API will be unavailable during this window.
The Tapapp mobile app will keep working. Jobs and forms already loaded on the device can be completed as normal and will sync automatically once services are back online. If the app has trouble loading, switch the phone to flight mode and carry on. Please stay signed in, as signing in again will not be possible until the work is complete.
We expect to finish by 09:00. The window runs to 11:00 to allow for any follow-up work. We will post an update here as soon as everything is back online.
